SPARROWS IN LARGE TOWNS

Sparrows in Large Towns is a 12x12 collage on wood. Delightful princely sparrows with crowns, distressed paper images of children, taken from a Chatterbox book dated 1872. Some of the ephemera is from a 1905 volume. A bit of humor as well as whimsy. All applications are secured with an archival glue, I used inks and scrapbook papers to add simple yet elegant embellisments. The collage on wood sells for $55.
