My goal was to post these in my etsy shop before now, however, all the shopping, menu planning, wrapping and festivities just took over, they will go up now! Stop over and say hello!

 

 

Repurposed Vintage Bottles and Shiny Brites

Aren't these little vintage bottles charming...decked out with the ever so collectible shiny brite mini

christmas bulbs! The smallest I have ever found. Just sold two boxes of them in my etsy store.

The images are miniature houses, bottle brush trees and more shiny brites. I distressed the bottles, added mica flakes, old dictionary text and vintage images. To add that touch of delight, some vintage glitter real silver stick ons that will age with time. Then stuffed the little bottles with vintage tinsel from yesteryear...sealed with tinsel and each has a shiny brite stopper. For sale in my etsy shop as a set. Merry, merry!

It's Time for Glitter!

I pulled out my glitter, scrapbook papers, heat gun, stickers and old books! Love making this ornaments, it just isn't Xmas without a lot of glitter!

more to add in another week. It's that time of year again...I have vowed the only decorating I'm going to do at the house, is my TREE! Hope I can stick with that.  Just want to relax this year for this special holiday.
